Fay has been a hairstylist for over 40 years - she belies her age. With the face of an angel & energy to match, her dream of operating a salon that caters to a persons outer and inner beauty has culminated in ThairAPY Salon and Dermalogica Skin Centre. Her passion is people and it is reflected in how many of her clients have turned into life long friends. Combined with her experienced hair skills Fay is the consummate professional.

Tina is our first ever employee and considers herself a high maintenance hippy who loves to make people look as beautiful on the outside as they are on the inside. She was a Gold Key Educator for Kevin Murphy. This black haired girl has serious blonde envy & loves nothing more than a fresh any shade of blonde.

Senior Thairapist
Chelsea Ogle has been practising her hairstyling talents for over 16 years, 13 of those with an elite North American salon chain. Chelsea has stayed on top of the latest trends & techniques by training with some of America’s top educators.
With extensive training at Sassoon Academy in Los Angeles in advanced cutting, colouring & men’s hairstyling.
She specializes & loves hair painting, long beachy hair, balayage, bold colours, structured short cuts and curly hair, & mens styling.
Through her charming personality and personal communication skills she makes her clients feel relaxed, comfortable and confident in the outcome.
Chelsea is not only an up-to-date competent hairstylist but a hair health advocate, educating her clients on the importance of texture specific hair conditioning treatments in a healthy hair maintenance regime.

Senior Thairapist
Cindy Sayavong has been practicing her hair styling skills for over 25 years , 9 of which where she owned her own salon. Cindy is a graduate of Marvel Beauty College & has had further training at the renowned Vidal Sassoon School in Santa Monica California. Cindy stays on top of the latest trends & technologies through ongoing education and personal research.
Cindy works with her clients to create looks that enhance their natural beauty & inner self, boosting their confidence & self esteem.
Cindy welcomes the opportunity to enjoy a work/life balance by working 3 days a week. She is an avid sports person and in her free time engages in Pickle Ball, Golf, Tennis, Swimming and Yoga.

Chantelle is our new talent apprentice, with bright hair and fun style she has learned the philosophy of Kevin Murphy & is happy to help you learn more about the products we all love that work best for you.
Before graduating at Delmar College in 2021, she began working with us. Her attention to detail and eye for organization helped us all with getting a great flow in the salon allowing us to focus on our work.
She is eager to learn and become better with each step of her journey to become a hairstylist. Always open to suggestion and new ideas, and is excited to do different & more edgy looks! She loves the ability to create, be creative & have fun with the work she does.

Skin Care Specialist &
Certified Esthetician
Shelly joins us from a major Salon in Winnipeg with 10 years of experience in Skin Care and Esthetic services. Shelly holds the prestigious Dermalogica Skin Care Specialist Certification and is a certified Esthetician. While offering Dermalogica's full compliment of skin care treatments including peels, she will also be offering manicures, pedicures, waxing including brazilian, lash and eyebrow tinting, threading, makeup artistry, hot stone and relaxation massage. Shelly's focus is not only on providing services but on educating her clients on how to maintain their skin health. She developed a large client base in Winnipeg because of her professionalism and caring personality
Sara
Skincare Specialist &
Certified Esthetician
Sara completed her esthetics training in 1998, and has worked in Calgary spas since graduating. She loves to be a part of the wellness industry, and her client’s skincare and esthetics journey. A big advocate for self-care, Sara is excited to join the Thairapy Salon & Spa team. Dermalogica is her favourite line of skin care, and she will be offering facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, as well as lash and eyebrow tinting.
